Guess what happened this morning?! Why yes, I saw the mythical unicorn in my bathroom. Nah, I just hit 165 lbs. Honestly though, I don’t know if I am happy about it. Because part of doing the IF for me was to keep as much weight as possible while leaning out, I did not want to get to 165 lbs so quickly. I still need to get to 8% bodyfat and I think I am still long ways away—losing that last two percent is harder than teaching my wife to give me a proper high five. I might have to get down to 160ish and I am not going to be happy about it because I would be skinny like Will.

Here’s what I have eaten for my din din so far this week:

Monday: Kate’s MD State Fair 1st place brownie, California Cobb salad with Kate’s homemade crouton (yum), two glasses of sangria, PB & J sandwich, and 24 grams of casein shake, and tbsp. of coconut oil.

Tuesday: Half a bag of tortilla chips with salsa, two huge bowls of protein pasta—I was pasta-ed out—a cup of cookies and cream ice cream, one cup of sangria, one brownie, 24 grams of casein shake, and tbsp. of coconut oil.
Wednesday: Half bag of chips and salsa, a cup of Michele’s Granola—the best on the market—24 grams of casein shake, and a tbsp. of coconut oil.
Thursday: Cookies and cream Quest protein bar, Kate’s artichoke and avocado salad with Parmesan red wine vinaigrette, two and half pieces of Tuscan garlic boule, 24 grams of casein shake, and a Chun cookie (BTW, I generally keep my afternoon meal relatively clean but after having two soft boiled eggs, snow peas, and a cucumber, I went to Clark Burger with Kate and had the best burgers and fries in B-more).
I am happy to report that I am back up to 169 lbs after my last meal. It is 11:39 pm and I have to get up early tomorrow morning for my hour and half massage.

Man, my life sucks!
