CARRIBEAN Vacay, Done!

Gordon Ramsey, of the popular reality cooking show, “Hell’s Kitchen”, used to have a British show called the “F Word”, which was one of my favorite cooking shows. In one segment, he would do a fast forward version of the dish of the day and at the end he would exclaim, for example, “beef wellington, done!”

Well, our TCI (Turks and Caicos Island) vacation came to end and it is as Ramsey would say: “Turks and Caicos, done!”

Although we are sad that our fun in the sun is done, we had some great moments.

This was our third time back in TCI and first with Mr. Man in tow. We hope to be back perhaps for 10 days next year. When we were taking off, Christopher kept saying, “bye bye Caicos.”

It might be bye bye but only for now.
